The Homes on River Ridge

River Ridge Homes The Homes on River Ridge are located on a beautiful piece of property on the southwest corner of our campus. The Homes offer single-story two- and three-bedroom architecturally designed residences with 1,222 to 1,604 square feet of living space. All appliances are included and each unit has an attached one-car garage.

The Homes feature raised ceilings, patios, walk-in closets, open and light-filled kitchens, built-in vacuum systems, security systems, gas fireplaces, built-in entertainment units and other beautiful amenities that will make your new home special. Small pets are also welcome at The Homes on River Ridge, with a non-refundable deposit.
