View offers a variety of residential options for a lifestyle as individual
as you are.
Our residential neighborhoods offer a choice of floor plans, each with
updated amenities and décor packages; some apartments
feature a balcony or patio. The size and location of your new home determines
your entrance fee and monthly fee.
Living in the Manor, Court, Plaza, the Homes on River Ridge, and Patio Homes at Willamette View comes with a full complement of services
and amenities. Your monthly fee includes:
- Home, appliance, and grounds maintenance
- All utilities, including local telephone service
- Extended Basic Comcast cable TV
- Housekeeping every other week
- Flat linen laundry weekly
- Dining in the Riverview Room, two meals daily per person
- Philips Carepoint (“Lifeline”) campus-wide emergency response system
- The first two days of care in the Short Stay unit at the Health Center, per episode of illness, per person
- Wellness Center balance & strength training classes and aquatic programs; recreation and game room, creative arts studio, gardening area, woodshop, library; and computer lab
- WiFi (wireless internet access) in Waterfalls Café and Plaza Lounge
- Wiring in residence for cable internet access
