Our independent living neighborhoods offer a choice of floor plans, each with
updated amenities and décor packages; some apartments
feature a balcony or patio. The size and location of your new home determines
your entrance fee and monthly fee.
Independent living at Willamette View comes with a full complement of services
and amenities. Your monthly fee includes:
- Housekeeping every other week
- Flat linen laundry weekly
- All utilities
- Cable TV
- Local telephone service
- Two meals daily in the Riverview Dining Room
- First 48 hours of infirmary care in the Short Stay unit at the Health Center,
per episode of illness, per person
- Home, appliance and grounds maintenance
- Shuttle service to Riverview Dining Room for lunch and dinner
